Arsenal rule out £10million Euro 2008 swoop
It doesn’t appear that Arsenal Football Club will be making a move for Andrei Arshavin. The Russian international had a fine tournament in Austria & Switzerland which brought praise from Arsene Wenger, sparking speculation the Gunners would bid for the Zenit St Petersburg ace.
